My “why” is simple — I love Ankeny.

Serving on the City Council has given me the opportunity to help shape a community that continues to be recognized as one of the best places to live in America. I want to continue that work — ensuring Ankeny remains the absolute BEST place to live, raise a family, work, and grow a business.

I’m proud of the progress we’ve made together — from maintaining the lowest tax rate in the Des Moines metro, to responsibly managing growth, improving our infrastructure, and supporting our public safety teams. But there’s still work to do to make sure we keep Ankeny thriving while preserving the sense of community that makes it special.
